商学院养成教育辅导员培训大会顺利举行

为全方位提升2023级养成教育辅导员的工作能力，同时帮助2023级新生更好地适应大学新生活，我院于第三教学楼学术报告厅101召开了养成教育辅导员心理工作体系与指导培训大会。学院党委副书记王鹤、学工办全体辅导员及23级所有养成辅导员参与此次培训。
培训会上，王鹤重点指出养成教育辅导员是学院开展大学生心理健康教育和管理工作的重要力量，要求所有养成教育辅导员要着重发挥桥梁纽带作用，积极协助学院领导、各班班主任把学生工作做深、做细、做实。
关于养成教育辅导员如何对学生心理进行干预，杨美琴对现场养成辅导员们进行了专门的培训与指导。期间，她向大家详细说明了养成教育辅导员在学生管理工作上的独特优势及其在学生心理健康教育中的重要职责。杨美琴强调，养成辅导员应具备7颗心——同理心、虚心、热心、细心、强心、耐心、诚心。她在对各位养成教育辅导员提出要求和期望的同时，也针对具体工作提出了策略与建议。
大会尾声，养成教育辅导员总负责人欧阳习和表示：“作为养成教育辅导员，我们一定要做好自身的工作、履行好职位的使命，积极引导新生完成军训任务，帮助新生培养良好的学习生活习惯，尽快适应大学生活。”
